Welcome to Our Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahdo Church

We are a warm and welcoming Ethiopian Orthodox community located in the heart of Sacramento, CA. Our church has been serving the spiritual needs of our community, providing counseling, wedding, baptism, funeral procession, and other indispensable services to the community since 2009. We are committed to spreading the love and message of Jesus Christ through our worship, fellowship, and community outreach.

Our church offers a variety of opportunities to grow in faith and to connect with others who share your beliefs. We have a vibrant bible study and Ethiopian language teachings program for children of all ages, and our youth ministry provides a safe and fun environment for teenagers to grow in their faith.

We also offer bible classes that explore the rich history, traditions, and teachings of the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. We offer prayer groups, Bible studies, and faith-sharing groups for those who are looking for deeper connection and support in their faith journey.

Our church is a place of refuge, love, and hope. We embrace diversity and strive to be a place of comfort and care for all people, regardless of their background or circumstances. We are committed to serving our community through a variety of outreach programs, including feeding the hungry, supporting those in need, and providing comfort and care for the sick and elderly.
